Piaggio MP3 From VESPA

One of the most awaited scooters ever in the history, the Piaggio MP3, is one hell of a performer and a stunner to look at. This three wheeled hybrid by makers of Vespa offers great road grip, safety and steadiness which no two wheeler can match. With 65% emission for the hybrid mode and 35% for the electric mode, it’s perhaps one of the most eco-friendly scooters in the world.

Front two wheels provide excellent maneuverability and handling comfort and make it a perfect off roader. These independently tilting wheels offer ultimate stability any scooter or motorbike can offer irrespective of the condition of the road. It comes with an electro-hydraulic suspension locking system thus doesn’t need a kickstand. Its braking is excellent and scooter comes to halt 20% faster than any other scooter.

It has a fantastic and powerful electric motor that is connected with petrol run engine. The electric motor runs the scooter for 20 kilometers and thence with a press of a button on the handle bar you can change it into combustion engine. While combustion engine runs the scooter, battery keeps charging. When the battery is fully charged you can turn back to electric motor with a press of a button.

As if this is not enough, you can run it on both electric and combustion mode simultaneously which offer you 85% more power. While running it on battery, you can ride for 20 kilometers and 170 miles per gallon when it’s on combustion engine. Scooter can be charged from any standard 220V battery charger plug in within 3 hrs. The battery is fitted under the seat and the charge indicator is on the dashboard and gives an efficient indication of the power left in the battery. Overall it’s a great package of style, safety and economy and not worth a miss.
